• Cancellations and Refunds: Orders for custom products are final once production begins. Non-custom items may be eligible for refund under specific circumstances, which will be determined at our discretion. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after receiving returned products.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

We offer nationwide shipping, and freight costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carrier issues, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss for Products purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Products after they have been shipped.

 

5. Custom Orders

 

Custom orders, including custom trays, canopy fit-outs, or personalized metal art, are subject to design and production timelines agreed upon during the consultation process. By submitting custom requests, you agree to any design, material, and production limitations, and you acknowledge that custom products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
